Tylon Franklin Wise, Jr., age 62, of Delco, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.  He was born on November 15, 1958 to the late Tylon Franklin Wise, Sr and Bonnie Burney Wise. 

He worked for 42 years at International Paper with the last few years being a Maintenance Supervisor.  He was a member of Riegelwood Baptist Church. He was very active in the Baptist Men's group at the church going on several mission trips where he helped build houses and ramps.

Surviving are his son; Michael Brandon Wise, a sister; Janet Wise Simmons, a brother; David Lenu Wise(Sherry) all of Delco, NC and his girlfriend; Paula Jean Dudley of Riegelwood.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 22, 2021, at 3:00 pm at Riegelwood Baptist Church with Rev. Cameron Lewis officiating.  Burial will be in Bullard Family Cemetery, Delco, NC.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 2:45 pm at the church prior to the service.

Services are entrusted to McKenzie Mortuary, 112 Jefferson St., Whiteville, NC.
