Theodore "Ted" Rackley

Whiteville: Theodore 'Ted" Rackley, 67 of Whiteville, N.C. died Wednesday, October 17, 2018. He was the son of the late Robert F Rackley Sr. and Alma Kersey Rackley, and was preceded in death by his brothers Robert Rackley Jr., Leonard Rackley, and, Roland Rackley. He worked with Collier and Cape Fear Gas for a total of 30 plus years as a Service tech.

Survivors include Wife; Katy Lou Sasser Rackley of Whiteville, N.C., Daughters; Amy Lou Parker Rackley  of Whiteville, N.C., Renee Davis (Jeffrey) of Bladenboro, N.C., Sisters; Barbara Smith and Elaine Rackley of Whiteville, N.C., Granddaughter; Candice Smith (Aaron), Grandsons; Ethan Davis, Ashton Davis, Great- Granddaughter; Ryleigh Reagan, Gemma Smith, Great-Grandson; Xander Smith, Loving Sister-in-Laws; Ann Hill and Faye Long.

A Chapel Service will be on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at McKenzie Mortuary Chapel and Visitation prior from 12:30-1:45pm with Rev. Danny Williams and Rev. Scott Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at Flynn Cemetery.
