Phil Thomas Baldwin, 81, of Hallsboro, NC, passed away at New Hanover Regional Medical Center on Thursday, December 22, 2022. Phil was born on February 12, 1941 in Columbus County to the late Otto Baldwin and Lois Creech Baldwin. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife; Linda Pierce Baldwin.

Phil was a member of Hallsboro United Methodist Church.

Left to cherish his memory are three daughters; Lisa Lewis and Angela Thompson both of Whiteville, and Siouxlynne Baldwin of Pembroke, NC, a granddaughter; Laura Blair Thompson of Fayetteville, NC and a grandson; Garrett Thompson of Whiteville.

A funeral will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at 11:00 am in the McKenzie Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Judy Billings officiating.  Burial will follow in Flynn Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 10:00-10:45 am prior to the service.
