Obituary
Oscar is survived by three children; Alexandra Chavis (Sean) of Angier, NC, Kristen Wiggs (Greg) of Leland, NC, Jacob Watts (Katie), of Leland, NC, six grandchildren; Krista Hutchins, Evyan Brown, Giovanni ‘Gio’ Wiggs, Jace Watts, Micah Chavis and Scarlett Chavis, and sisters, Jacqueline Fischer (Corey) of Wilson, NC, and Pamela Favaron of Clinton, LA.
Oscar joined the US Army, serving 1986 - 1989 in the Army, he was a commercial truck driver as his profession.
Oscar enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren and his dogs. He was known for his dark, yet witty humor, his loud music and love for animals, chess, and the Dallas Cowboys.
