Nancy Jenrette Obituary

Nancy Jane Sarvis Jenrette, age 62, previously of Charlie Williamson Rd., died Sunday, December 13, 2020 at the Lower Cape Fear Life Care Angel House, Whiteville, NC. She was born in Loris, SC to the late Marshall Jenkins Sarvis and Lucienne Marie Sabatier Sarvis. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband; Wanis Lanier "Curly" Jenrette, her brothers; Tony Joe Sarvis and Marshal Jimmy Sarvis.

Nancy earned an Associate Degree in Teaching and chose to work with special needs children. After retiring she went on to work as an in-home caregiver for the elderly. In later years she enjoyed spending time with her "Grandbabies."

She leaves behind to cherish her memories: her daughter; Candice Marie Jenrette and Son in law; Don Travis Stackhouse, 4 beloved grandchildren; Kanobe, Kanora, Kanali, and Kaniya, a sister in law; Linda Faye Sarvis, nephews; Randy Sarvis, Raymond Sarvis, Pete (Zeb) Wells and Joseph Wells, a family friend; Johnny Lee Long, and an extended family of step children and step grandchildren.
