Kathy B. Dudley, 70, of Hallsboro, NC passed away at Lower Cape Fear Lifecare Center, Whiteville, NC on Friday, May 5, 2023 surrounded by her family.
Kathy Dudley, of Hallsboro passed away at Lower Cape Fear Lifecare Center on Friday, May 5, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was born on January 11, 1953 in Bladen County to Graham Eubank Singletary and Martha Davis Singletary. She was preceded in death by her husband Vance Ray Dudley, sister, Vonda Sue Cothron and brother, Mark Randall Singletary.
Kathy was a homemaker and also had several part-time jobs through the years.
Kathy is survived by her daughters, Penny Baldwin Mears (Gary) of Hallsboro, NC, Crystal Hatcher Dudney (Trevor) of Clarendon, NC, Son, Jamie Hatcher (Jennifer) of Whiteville, NC; Grandaughter, Eden; Grandsons, Brandon, Kevin, Jeremy, Patrick, Matthew, Gage, Drake; Great-granddaughter, Bristol and Jelly Bean due August 10; Great-grandson, Maddox; 2 God-Daughters; Elizabeth and Rebecca Singletary; God-Son, Mark Singletary all of Hallsboro, NC; Sisters, Lois Rankins of Whiteville, NC, Angel Brown of Bolton, NC; brother, Graham Singletary, Jr of Whiteville.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, May 7, 2023 at Whiteville Memorial Cemetery at 3:00 PM with Rev. Danny Williams officiating. Visitation will be held at McKenzie Mortuary on Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 2:00 PM until 2:45 PM.
