Harvey Gaston Jacobs

Harvey Gaston Jacobs, age 57, of Bolton, NC, died Thursday, February 11, 2021 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.  Harvey was born on November 2, 1963 in Robeson County to the late Andrew Harvey Jacobs and Myrtle Freeman Jacobs.  In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a brother; Lambert Jacobs, three sisters; Maxine Jacobs, Nora Lee Jacobs, and Patricia Dianne Campbell, and a daughter; Tishina Maria Jacobs.

Harvey worked in construction as a pipe wielder.  He attended Mt. Sinai Holiness Church.

He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter; Winter Jacobs James of Bolton, NC, two sons; Joshua Aaron Jacobs and James Nicholas Jacobs both of Bolton, three sisters; Zelma J. Moore, Paula S. Jacobs both of Bolton and Sharon J. Carter of Stanley, NC, his mother; Myrtle Freeman Jacobs of Bolton, Grandchildren; Joshua Aaron Jacobs, Jr., Jonah Matthew Jacobs, Braylon Layne James, Amalya Jacobs and Meghanna Jacobs.

Harvey's funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at 2:00 pm at Mt. Sinai Holiness Church with Rev. Michael Jacobs and Rev. Chris Webb officiating. A visitation will be held from 12:30 pm to 1:45 pm at the church.  Burial will be in the New Hope Cemetery.
