Gail Bertell Callahan Swain, age 86, of St. Pauls, NC, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at the Lower Cape Fear Angel House, Whiteville, NC. Gail was born on June 2, 1937 to William Callahan and Mildred Schilling Callahan in Bellefonte, PA.
Gail served her country in the United States Air Force.
Left to cherish her memory are her children; Clark Ishler, Vanessa Adams both of New Jersey, William Ishler of Pennsylvania, Dale Ishler of North Carolina and Barbara Nylof of Florida.
A memorial service will be announced for a later date in Pennsylvania. Friends may visit our tribute page to leave condolences for the family.
