Faye Wilkins Lewis, age 70, of Delco, NC, passed away peacefully at her home in Delco, NC on Thursday, November 20, 2025.  Faye was born to the late John Edison Wilkins and Carolyn Bryant Wilkins on August 27, 1955 in Columbus County.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband; Edward Earl Lewis, Sr and sister; Joanne Wilkins.

Faye worked several different jobs in her lifetime, one of which was at the grocery store in Riegelwood.  There over a period of 20 years she worked her way up to being manager.  She was a member of Delco First Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memory are her two sons; Edward Earl Lewis, Jr. and Anthony Michael Lewis both of Delco, two brothers; Ricky Wilkins of Leland and Larry Wilkins of South Carolina, three grandchildren; Raven Nichole Lewis, Chloe Makayla Lewis, and William Kyle Lewis, and four great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Delco First Baptist Church with Rev. Joey Lewis officiating.  Burial will follow at Delco Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 1:45 pm prior to the service.
