Clifton Odell Davis, Jr.

Clifton Odell (Jr) Davis, Jr. age 65, of Hallsboro, died Saturday, January 11, 2020, at Lower Cape Fear Hospice of Whiteville.  He was born in White Stone, Va. on February 4, 1954 to the late Clifton Odell Davis, Sr. & Mary Elizabeth George Davis.

Clifton was a Chief Engineer on a Fishing Vessel.  He was a member of Living Water Worship Center, Bladenboro.

He is survived by his wife; Carolyn Shipman Davis of Hallsboro, a daughter; Jessica Nicole Little of Whiteville, two sons; Clifton (Cliff) Odell Davis, III of Whiteville and Robert Michael Davis of Farnham, Va., two sisters; Mary Gail Davis of Farnham , Va. and Frances Treakle of Reedville, Va., three brothers; Sonny G. Vermilyea of Reedville, Va. and Jimmy Davis & David Wayne Davis both of Dallas, Tx., 10 grandchildren; Coltin D. Graham, Tamran A. Davis, Landon J. Little, Krislyn R. Elkins, Emma N. Wood, Chloe H. Wood, Cayden D. Wood, Skylah K. Little, Noah A. Davis, and Luke A. Davis. Several Nieces and Nephews.

Memorial service will be Saturday, January 18,2020 at 2:00 p.m. at McKenzie Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Kenneth "Kip" Nance officiating. Visitation  will be Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.
