Whiteville: Charles Swenton Grainger, Jr. 63 of Whiteville died Monday, January 20,2020 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, N.C. He was the son of the late Charles Swenton Grainger, Sr. and Lorraine Loper Grainger. He worked with Georgia Pacific for many years before retiring.
Survivors include his son, Charles S. Grainger " Amber" of Goldsboro, N.C. Granddaughter; Gabrielle Grainger and a Grandson; Sawyer Grainger.
Funeral Service will be Thursday, January 23, 2020 at McKenzie Mortuary Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Darryll Hester officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 1:00 until 1:45 prior to the service. Burial will follow on Friday, January 24, 2020 at Little Cemetery in Brown Town , Ga. at 3:00 p.m.
