Charles Smith Howell, Jr.

Delco : Charles Smith Howell, Jr., 84 of Delco died Tuesday, January 7,2020 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, N.C. He was the son of the late Charles Smith Howell, Sr. and Lucille Brady Howell and was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy H. Duke . He was a member of Livingston Baptist Church and worked with Federal Paper for 43 years. Survivors include his wife, Louise Peterson Howell of the home, daughters, Debbie H. Kelly of Delco, N.C. and Lynn H. Anderson of Delco, N.C., 7 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren .

Funeral service will be Friday, January 10, 2020 at Livingston Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Matthew Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday at the church from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m.prior to the service.
