Mary Sue Leaman Green

Whiteville : Mary Sue Leaman Green , 79 of Whiteville died Wednesday, March 7,2018 at the Columbus Regional Health Care System in Whiteville She was the daughter of the late Hugh M. Leaman and Mary Springer Cole . She was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Leaman. She worked as a  LPN from 1971 until 1987 and as a Pharmacy Tech  at Columbus County Hospital  from 1987 until 2015. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.  
Survivors  include her husband, Jimmy Caswell   “J.C.” Green of the home. Daughters,  Janet Rogers Stevens of Willow Spring, N.C., Mary Ann Lewis (Randy) of Raleigh, N.C. , Sara Rogers Brown (Webb) of Clinton, N.C. and Kimberly  Monty ( Lorand) of King, N.C. son, Eric Green  and partner (Tony Guddell) of Washington, D.C. . Two Cousins,  Marcia Pearce ( Michael ) of Whiteville, N.C. and Bill Warren ( Janet ) of Palm Coast, Fl.. 13 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at McKenzie Mortuary Chapel.
Memorials may be made to the Lower Cape Hospice Center @ 206 Warrior Trail , Whiteville, N.C. 28472
Visitation will be Saturday, March 10, 2018 at McKenzie Mortuary from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.
