Whiteville: Mary Elizabeth Ward McKeithan, 53 of Whiteville died Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. She is the daughter of Corbett Ward and the late Annie Mae Adams Ward and was preceded in death by her two sisters, Wanda Ward Benson and Brenda Marie Reeves.
Survivors include her father, Corbett Ward of Whiteville, N.C.; Boyfriend, Charles Ray (Chuck) Powell of Whiteville, NC; Daughter, April McKeithan Thomas (Andrew) of Hampstead, NC; Sister, Juanita W. Goodwin ( Roger) of Whiteville, N.C.; Grandson, Drake Thomas of Hampstead, NC.
Funeral Service will be Friday, January 19, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at McKenzie Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Don Squires officiating with burial following in the Hosea Simmons Ward Cemetery .
Visitation will be Thursday, January 18, 2018 at McKenzie Mortuary from 7-9 p.m.
