Hallsboro: Lillie Sasser Penny 66 of Hallsboro died January 19, 2018. She was preceded in death by her brothers Clyde Sasser, Norman Sasser, Robert Sasser and Sisters, Gladys S. Batten, Bertha S. Jernigan
Survivors include her Daughter, Suzanne Sasser of Whiteville, NC; Sister, Ruth R. White (Robert) of Bladenboro, NC; three Grandchildren; one Great-Grandchild; 16 Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral service will be Monday, January 22, 2018 at 2:00 pm at McKenzie Mortuary Chapel with Rev. James Cook officiating . Visitation 1pm-2pm prior to the service at McKenzie Mortuary Chapel. Interment will follow in the Flynn Cemetery in Whiteville, NC.
