Herbert Ray White

Herbert Ray White, 63 of Whiteville, N.C., died Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at his residence. He was the son of Clara Ray White and the late Herbert Hoover White, and was preceded in death by a son, William Jake White.
Mr. White was a member of Western Prong Baptist Church. He worked at DuPont as an Assistant Spinning Operator for twenty-two years.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Futrell White, Whiteville, N.C.; Daughter: Ashley E. Farmer of Whiteville, N.C.; Sons: Herbert R. White II and wife, Molly of Tennessee and Colten Jake Farmer of Whiteville, N.C.; Brother: William S. White and wife, Connie of Fuquay Varina, N.C.; Sister: Sharon D. White of Whiteville, N.C.; Mother: Clara Ray White of Whiteville, N.C.; Grandchild: Barrett Reed White.
Graveside Service will be Friday, February 2, 2018 in the Western Prong Baptist Church Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Ronnie Wilson officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 1, 2018 at McKenzie Mortuary from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
