Christopher Joe Thomas

Christopher Joe Thomas, age 35, of Whiteville died Saturday, June 15, 2019.  Christopher was born on February 1, 1984 to Richard Thomas and Kathy Bain. 

Christopher was an fan of Panthers' football and loved music.  He was an employee of National Spinning.

He was predeceased by his Grandmother, Phyllis Matney.

Christopher is survived by his fiance; Amber Smith of Whiteville, a brother; Eric Matney ( Stephanie) of Grundy, Va.; a sister; Sabrina Thomas of Fayetteville, NC, his mother; Kathy Bain of Whiteville, NC, his father; Richard Thomas, of Detroit, Michigan, two sons; Bryant Smith-Thomas and Peyton Smith-Thomas both of Whiteville, NC, his grandfather; Donald Matney ( Roberta) of Bristol, Tenn., and an aunt; Sharon Thornsbury of Grundy, Va. 

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am at the McKenzie Mortuary Chapel on Saturday, June 22, 2019.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 10:45 am prior to the service.
