I knew Barbara as a kind, yet unflattering individual who was a great friend and EMS Instructor. Through the years since DuPont, I occasionally ran into Barbara and she managed to erase the passage of time and change in circumstances. Barbara had a knack for bringing things into perspective and putting distractions to rest. I know that Barbara did things her way and knowing her way around, I’m sure she now is doing just as well. Thanks for the memories, Harry

I have fond memories of Barbara from the trips my family took to North Carolina from Iowa when I was a child. We'd load our station wagon down with pillows, blankets, and a cooler of cold drinks and our family of seven kids and two parents would make the drive across country. I vividly remember how kind Barbars was to me. She was my older cousin and I loved to listen to her talk with her beautiful deep southern voice. Barbara holds a fond place in my heart.
